ThermoFit is not yet available. For optimizing GEM-Selektor input parameters use GEMSFITS.

ThermoFit developed as the next generation of GEMSFITS. Will use ThermoHub, ThermoFun, and ThermoSol for access to thermodynamic and experimental data (ThermoHub/ThermoExp) and models and methods to optimize (ThermoFun/ThermoSol).

GEMSFITS is tool for generating consistent parameters against various types of experiments

  • Uses state of the art optimization library (Nlopt)
  • Has a graphical user interface
  • Stores experiments, tasks, results
  • Goodness of fit, sensitivity analysis, correlation coefficients, parameter confidence intervals using Monte Carlo
